From the offset when getting quotes from many vendors, Amit stood out as professional and helpful in providing us with all the info we needed to make a decision on our videographer and photographer. Once we decided on The Director’s Cut, the entire process was highly efficient, with the online customer portal providing a seamless way of giving key information such as timings and key points of contact for the wedding day, and allowing us to provide examples of photographs/particular shots we really wanted.
When our initially planned wedding reception had to be cancelled on account of Covid-19, The Director’s Cut were easily the most understanding and supportive vendor we spoke to, and simply worked with us to support our smaller, intimate wedding plans, making one part of a stressful time that bit easier! In particular, Amit’s quick responses made communication very easy and was much appreciated by a stressed out bride to be!
The quality of our pre-shoot photographs, and our wedding teaser photos and teaser video are amazing and we cannot wait to receive all our pictures and full video. Again, a beautifully set up online portal allows us to access and download all our photographs and. video and share with loved ones.
The team on the wedding day were super efficient, made us feel at ease immediately, and despite difficulties of Covid related restrictions they did an incredible job capturing us on the day. They guided and directed us for photos while still letting the wedding day flow naturally and capturing candid moments, which is one of the key aspects we wanted in our photographer. The addition of a live stream set up by the team meant that many of our family and friends who couldn’t be with us due to the pandemic restrictions, were able to see us get married and a lot of them complimented the high quality of the stream, feeling as though they were there!
Overall I would thoroughly recommend The Director’s Cut to any couple looking for a great team to capture their happiest moments on their wedding day. Their communication, professionalism and quality of work is amazing and we are very happy we chose them!
